Just For Us Ministries is a non-denominational, non-profit Christian ministry that seeks to lead women and youth into a personal relationship with Christ, equip women and youth to live boldly for Christ, and to grow in their faith.
What are the ways I can volunteer at Just For Us Ministries?
Just For Us Ministries is always seeking individuals that love Jesus Christ, have a passion for people, a heart for ministry, and a desire to please God. With that said if you feel the Holy Spirit is leading you to be involved in this ministry there are lots of ways to do that:
- Physical Volunteering: Physical volunteering are for individuals that live in the Missouri/Kansas area and can commute to Leawood, Kansas at least once a month. Physical volunteering can be within: Executive Board, Ministry Members, Event Assistance, Community Outreach, Prayer ministry, Praise Dancers, Worship Leaders and musicians, Facility Assistance, Ministry Planting, Partnership Bridges, Fundraising, Youth Ministry, Women’s Ministry
- Virtual Volunteering: Virtual volunteering are for individuals that live outside the Missouri/Kansas area and can not commute to Leawood, Kansas at least once a month. Virtual volunteering can be within: Online ministries, Writers, Editors, Online Prayer Ministry, Online Lay Counseling, Social Media, Online International ministry
How much time is involved in volunteering?
The time involved is between you and God. This is a ministry and any time given to it is given through the Holy Spirit’s urging on your heart.
Can I volunteer online only?
YES! our ministry has a strong online base and we could defiantly use help through virtual volunteers
Do all ministry members have to belong to the same church?
No. But all members must be a member of a church that share our statement of faith.
Do ministry members have to live in the same city?
Yes and No. Ministry leaders must live within 50 square mile area of the mailing address of Just For Us Ministries mailing address. However, ministry members, committee members, and other volunteers may live anywhere in the world.
Can a ministry member have their own ministry outside of Just For Us Ministries?
Yes, as long as their personal ministry obligations and their obligation to Just For Us Ministries does not conflict or compromise the integrity or effectiveness of Just For Us ministries.
